With whom we share, transfer, or disclose Google user data:

• Internal Use Only: Google user data is accessed only by authorized SalesDream personnel who need it to operate, maintain, and support the platform. We do not share your Google user data with any third parties for their independent use.
• Service Providers: We do not transfer or disclose your Google user data to third-party service providers, vendors, or contractors. All processing of Google user data is handled internally within SalesDream's infrastructure.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose Google user data only if required to do so by law, court order, or government regulation, or if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of SalesDream, our users, or the public.
• Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of substantially all of our assets, Google user data may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you before your data is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
• Not Sold or Rented: We do not sell, rent, or lease your Google user data to any third party under any circumstances.

Google user data is stored and processed only within the United States. We do not transfer your Google user data to any external party or country outside of our own infrastructure, except as expressly described above or with your explicit consent.

We use Google user data only for the limited and stated purposes of account authentication, account management, and providing the core functionality of the SalesDream platform. We do not use Google user data for advertising, training AI models, or any purpose unrelated to the services we provide to you.

You may disconnect your Google account at any time by contacting us at admin @ salesdream.com (remove spaces). Upon disconnection, we will cease accessing your Google user data and will delete the Google user data we have stored, except where retention is required by law.

SalesDream provides access to business contact information obtained from publicly available sources and licensed data providers. This information is intended for legitimate business purposes only, including:

• B2B sales and marketing outreach
• Business development and networking
• Market research and analysis

SalesDream's database contains professional business contact information only — name, job title, employer, business email and phone, and business location. It does not contain home addresses or similar household information.

Please note that under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) there is no exemption for business contact data: California residents who are business contacts in our database (or our clients' databases) have privacy rights in that data, including the right to opt out of its sale or sharing and to request deletion. Anyone can submit such a request on our Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page, and we process verified requests within 45 days.

Users must comply with applicable laws when using our data, including CAN-SPAM (email), the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and the National Do Not Call Registry (calls and texts), state telemarketing rules, GDPR and other international laws where applicable.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our business contact database is governed by the B2B Contact Data section above. California's former exemption for business-to-business data expired on January 1, 2023, so CCPA rights apply to the business contact information in our database; we accept and honor opt-out, deletion, access, and correction requests for that data via the form linked above.

We will not discriminate against anyone for exercising any of these rights.
